Applying the 8D Problem Solving Technique Training (Manila) – 2 Days

April 17 – 18, 2013 | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Venue: RMP Training Center
926 Arnaiz Ave, San Lorenzo Makati City, Philippines

Category: Leadership and Management

This seminar will teach you how to use the 8D method to solve problems. Problems are encountered frequently in the workplace and additional time and energy is required to find solutions. However, implementing ways to eliminate the root cause of such problems can be complex. Applying the Eight Disciplines Approach to Problem Solving (8D) will help you to dig down to the root cause of problems and reduce its future occurrence.

The 8D problem solving process is explained in easy to understand everyday language with highly inter-active workshops. You will learn the elements of customer-focused problem solving while using a team approach. You will also learn how to contain the problem, how to apply interim and permanent corrective actions. You will then learn to verify that your solution works, and then validate your solution with the customer. You will learn how to create process flow diagrams and then look for cause and effect relationships within the process to see how the different steps in any process impact output.

The 8d problem solving technique is about teams working together to resolve problems while using a structured 8 step process to help focus on facts not opinion.
